Seal Inspections
Inspections are the first step in caring for your RV properly. We offer inspection as a stand alone service; however, we also begin every maintenance project we do with an initial inspection of the RV. This gives us a full picture of what the RV needs, from seals that are already damaged to sealant that is at the end of its useful life. Please note that we only inspect seals, and do not offer full RV inspections for things like the engine, interior, etc.
Roof Resealing
The roof is one of the most common places where leaks develop, and therefore one of the most critical locations to regularly maintain. Your RV’s roof gets pounded by UV rays all day long, in addition to rain, hail, tree branches, acorns, hail, snow, sleet, etc. To put it simply, it takes a beating! Roof Resealing involves cleaning current seals well, scraping off sealant that is no longer pliable or usable, prepping the surface, and applying fresh sealant.
Body: Windows, Doors, Seams, Trim
Any spot where a solid RV wall is interrupted is a spot prone to leaks. Windows, doors, compartments, lights, trim molding, speakers, and more all rely on gaskets and/or sealant to keep water out. Over time, those sealants dry out, shrink, or tear away from surfaces, creating spots where water can get into the RV. We remove old sealant, clean the gap, and apply new, fresh sealant to keep moisture out.
Full Roof Protective Coating
Roof coatings are becoming increasingly popular for RV owners. This involves covering the entire roof with a liquid rubber that completely seals the roof and protects from UV damage, often lasting a decade or more. We begin by scraping off old sealant, thoroughly washing the roof, and applying layers of product on top, giving the roof a clean, bold look while guaranteeing water tightness for years to come, both on the seams and flat areas of the roof.
Slide Outs
Slide Outs bring their own challenges for RV owners. We inspect slide outs from top to bottom, making sure slide out seals are not dry rotted, melted, worn, or tearing away from the surface of the RV. If so, we replace them.
Winterizing
If you live in or store your RV in a cold climate, prepping it for winter is a vital step in keeping it from damage over the winter months. We drain lines, clean out tanks, fill plumbing lines with antifreeze, check tire pressure prep the battery for story, bring slide outs in, and more.
Exterior Wash & Wax Detailing
On the road, at the campground, or parked at home, we keep your RV clean and protected from the sun. We offer a basic exterior wash, as well as a full detail of the RV exterior, which involves removing oxidation, bug and tar stains, waxing the RV, and applying rain treatment to windows.
